What are Articles?

The Article Tool is used to update, share information, and act as an overall knowledge tool for a first-time user. An article should be detailed, impactful, and brief, but efficient in drawing attention to exactly what the user is looking to understand.


How do I create an Article?

Articles can be created easily with our WYSIWYG Editor or integrated with your own existing knowledge base.

Yes, Articles integrated from your knowledge base automatically update on a daily basis (every 24 hours).


Can I force an Article sync?

Can Article content be searchable or only their titles?

At this time only Article titles are searchable, not their content.
