What are the pricing plans for Simpo? 

We price based on MAUs (Monthly Active Users) not on the amount of content created. There is no limit to the number of Simpo Tools you can show your users!

Do you have a free trial? 

We do! You can try Simpo without selecting a plan or even adding a credit card. Our trial gives you access to the entire platform to allow for a proper evaluation. For the first 14 days, you have unlimited access to all Simpo tools. After the trial concludes, your content will be saved and our team will reach out to you for any next steps!

How does Simpo define monthly active users (MAUs)? 

MAUs are considered the total number of users who sign in to your platform in a one-month period. We use MAUs so that we don't charge you for inactive users who may be in your userbase but don't log in on a monthly basis.

What happens if I go over my plan limit (i.e. exceed my MAU Limit)? 

If you exceed your plan limit, we'll keep all of your Simpo tools running and get in touch with you to discuss plan options.

Do I need to pay for users that don't see Simpo content?

No, Simpo charges based on MAUs that engage with Simpo content. So if a new user logs in and uses your product without engaging with Simpo, they will not be counted as an MAU. Our pricing does not charge for users that may not see Simpo content! 

Our application has greater than 100k MAUs. Can I use Simpo?

Can I purchase access to only one of Simpo's tools?

Given the interconnectivity of our tools, Simpo is typically sold as a whole platform. If you are interested in only one or two of our tools, send us an email at support@simpo.com.
