Simpo Plus runs on the live version of your product! When users are learning or onboarding with Simpo Plus, they are taking real actions within your platform. We have found this to be a more effective and engaging experience compared to a simulation.
Where can Simpo Plus be installed?
Simpo Plus can only be installed on web applications.
Do I need my developers to use Simpo?
Developers are only needed for the initial installation of Simpo Plus and when configuring parameters.
Can Simpo Plus integrate with my other tools?
Yes! Simpo Plus is able to integrate seamlessly with all of your other software solutions. We can integrate directly into your existing knowledge base to allow for immediate, in-app access to all of your support articles. We also integrate directly into any support channels you may already be using like Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and more.

No, Simpo Plus requires an internet connection to function.
Do you support multi-language?
Yes, the hardcopy of the platform supports multiple languages.

Are you SOC-II compliant?
Yes, we are! We are also GDPR and CCPA compliant.
Does Simpo Plus collect user information?
Yes, we collect user data when they interact with Simpo Plus Tools.
Examples of this data: searches made with Simpo Plus, feedback on Simpo Plus Tools, and time spent viewing search results.
By default, no other user data (name, emails, location, etc.) is collected by Simpo Plus.


Do you have non-profit pricing?
We do not offer non-profit pricing at this time.

What is the MAU sessions calculation?
The period of time a user is active on your site or app. By default, if a user is inactive for 30 minutes or more, any future activity is attributed to a new session. Users that leave your site and return within 30 minutes are counted as part of the original session.
