We’re on a mission to make software simple.

Simpo provides a purpose-built platform for SaaS teams to drive success at every step of the user’s product journey.

That means creating tools that automate away complexity and make software easy to get started and easy to use – every day. We believe in three key pillars: software should be simple, software should make work easy, and software should make work fun.

Simpo was founded in June 2016.

We are headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Tel Aviv.

Our servers are located in the USA.
What tools does Simpo offer?
We offer a portfolio of fully customizable tools that can be tailored for specific audiences and users. None of our tools require coding or engineering help to utilize. Currently, Simpo offers unlimited access to:

Does Simpo run a simulation of my product or the actual experience?
Simpo runs on the live version of your product! When users are learning or onboarding with Simpo, they are taking real actions within your platform. We have found this to be a more effective and engaging experience compared to a simulation.
Where can Simpo be installed?
Simpo can be installed on both web and mobile applications. Check out our feature availability here.
Do I need my developers to use Simpo?
Developers are only needed for the initial installation of Simpo and when configuring parameters.
Can Simpo integrate with my other tools?
Yes! Simpo is able to integrate seamlessly with all of your other software solutions. We can integrate directly into your existing knowledge base to allow for immediate, in-app access to all of your support articles. We also integrate directly into any support channels you may already be using like Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and more.
What is SimpoCare?
SimpoCare is a feature available to all of Simpo's customers and is designed to help drive the most value from our solution. With SimpoCare users can expect:
• A private Slack channel for questions and best practices
• A dedicated Customer Success team member
• Regular check-ins and QBRs to set goals and measure progress

Quite fast! Simpo has an average implementation time of 21-30 days.
What is Simpo's technical footprint?
Simpo's technical footprint is very lightweight. We load asynchronously to your product to minimize impact!

Do you work on native desktop apps?
Not at this time. Simpo was designed to function on web-based applications.
Does Simpo work on mobile applications?
Yes, Simpo has a mobile SDK.

Yes, Simpo Mobile can work with React Native via our JS snippet.
Do you support multi-language?
Yes, the hardcopy of the platform supports multiple languages.

Are you SOC-II compliant?
Yes, we are! We are also GDPR and CCPA compliant. Read more about our security here.
Does Simpo collect user information?
Yes, we collect user data when they interact with Simpo Tools. Examples of this data: searches made with Simpo, feedback on Simpo Tools, and time spent viewing search results. By default, no other user data (name, emails, location, etc.) is collected by Simpo.


Can we buy separate features?
Currently, Simpo is only available as an all-in-one platform.
