Salesforce Integration

Simpo's Articles application can integrate with Salesforce's knowledge base.

The articles will sync automatically every 60 minutes. It is possible to sync articles manually as well.

Integration with Simpo

  1. Login into your Simpo dashboard at https://app.simpo.io
  2. Head over to Articles And click on Settings

  1. Under Articles Integration, Choose Salesforce
  2. Click the Login To Salesforce button and login into your account.
  3. Input your Main Helpcenter URL.
Make sure your knowledge base is public so that Simpo can access it
  1. Click Save
  2. After Clicking Save, the Sync Articles button should appear. When clicked, it will sync articles manually.
